Llopartec will attend with an exhibitor table at the TIA (Tortilla Industry Association) conference, which is a global reference around the iconic Mesoamerican dish, particularly from Mexico and Central America, such as tacos, burritos, quesadillas, nachos, among others. In addition, it is a key food in Asian, Middle East, and Eastern Mediterranean cuisine as a side dish, flatbread.
The event will take place in the city of Valencia, Spain, the 22nd and 23rd of October of 2024. This will be the seventh edition of the conference, specifically designed for the European market of tortillas and flatbreads and will focus on the regulations and the unique business environment of the European Union.
The conference will be held at the AINIA Research Center, located in the Valencia Technology Park, and will include educational sessions, along with the presence of companies, distributors related to food solutions and production.
Topics such as market growth, regulatory challenges, and innovations within the tortilla and flatbread industry, will be addressed.
