The event will focus on food safety, future challenges regarding supply, production, current international market trends, and the environmental and economic challenges facing the food sector.
Llopartec's presentation will cover the benefits of microencapsulated products in the bakery and pastry sectors: shelf-life extension, improvement of product quality, cost savings... among other advantages.
These conferences are designed to professionals from agricultural companies and cooperatives, distributors, the milling industry, bakery and pastry industries, biscuit and pasta manufacturing, and other areas within the food sector.
