The event will take place over five days in Düsseldorf, Germany, from Sunday, May 18th to Thursday, May 22nd, at the Messe Düsseldorf exhibition center, where more than 1,200 exhibitors from 95 countries will participate.

IBA will be a place to discover the latest trends in ingredients, technology, and sustainability within the bakery and confectionery sectors, providing visitors with a comprehensive view of the evolution of these food industries.
