This new R&D&I centre is the result of an investment aimed at enhancing the company’s technical and creative capabilities, a key pillar of Llopartec’s philosophy since its inception. The facilities are equipped with ovens, fermenters, dough mixers, and state-of-the-art professional equipment, allowing tests, trials, and product development under real production conditions.
The centre has been designed not only for the internal development of new solutions but also to foster collaborative work with clients. It enables direct collaboration with industry professionals in the development of customised products, facilitating co-creation, process optimisation, and adaptation to market trends.
